I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me - the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace. (Acts 20:24)

About

Jim started teaching at Columbia County Christian School when the school opened in 1999. He currently teaches sixth grade Bible and history, and high school theology, worldview and apologetics, US history, and US government/economics.

Jim has been married for twenty-fives years to Jennifer, and they have two boys, one a graduate of CCCS and the other a high school student at CCCS. A lover of basketball, Jim has coached for over twenty-five years. He is a member of Open Door Christian Fellowship.

I teach because I like working and ministering to youth. I feel the Church is responsible for ‘bearing witness’ to all God’s truth, and the only place that prerogative can be completely and fully taught in every discipline is in a Christian educational institution.
